Taylor Swift and Lorde Join Forces Against Media

Taylor Swift and Lorde joined forces yesterday in an epic show of girl power against the media. After accusations of Lorde and Swift being in a catfight surfaced, the pair quickly shut the rumors down on Twitter, proving that the two musicians are actually the best of friends.

Swift took to Twitter on Monday night to say that the two singers were not fighting, but in fact “LOLing” at the rumors. In a direct jab at the tabloids, Swift wrote, “Media, when you say "Lorde & Taylor are fighting"-by fighting do you mean "FaceTiming constantly from US to NZ and LOLing at you"? Thnx bye”.


Lorde responded to Taylor’s tweet with a reference to a Eurythmics song saying, “sisters are doin' it for themselves.”



The media should know by now that you can’t mess with someone’s best friend and get away with it...especially if your best friend is Taylor Swift. You go girls!
